A rate card is a named set of call prices, one line per call type. Attach it to a customer, a service type or a single service, and PracBill uses it to price that traffic.
Rates hang off call types (Telco → Call Types), which classify each call record by its destination pattern. Make sure your call types exist before you build a rate card.

| Column | What it does |
|---|---|
| Per Min | Price per minute, applied in the billing increment you chose. |
| Flat Price | Toggle to charge one fixed price per call instead of per minute. |
| Flagfall | Fixed connection fee added to every call. |
| Free Minutes | Minutes at the start of each call that aren't charged. |
| Min Cost / Max Cost | Floor and ceiling for the price of a single call. |
| Min / Max Call Pack | Only rate this line when the customer's call pack usage is inside these limits. Disabled by default. |
International Markup Percent (General Information) prices any international call that has no matching rate line: cost price plus this percentage. 0.00 turns it off. Enter whole numbers: 27.5 for 27.5%.
PracBill checks for a rate card in this order and uses the most specific one it finds:
For international calls, if several lines match a number PracBill uses the one with the longest matching prefix. See Call rating.
